My thanks to you and to your friends (sorry, I'm terrible with names) for donating the Rembrance Flag to us. Upon reflecting upon at the flag latter in the day, in the quietness of my office, I realized what a special gift the flag truly is, and what a special mission you have embarked on.

I sincerely want to thank you and others for your strength, energy and love during this time. I know that I speak for all Port Authority Police Officers who are still working long and tireless hours at Ground Zero. You have much in common with police officers and firefighters. You have given of your time and energy to others in their time of need. Thank you, and may God bless you and all who have made this flag possible.
