It is with deep gratitude that I finally thank you for the magnificent Remembrance Flag which I received some time ago in honor of my daughter, Susan, who died September 11, 2001, in the World Trade Center. You have done an incredible deed for the families of the victims of 9/11 and "thank you" hardly seems adequate.
Susan was (is) my best friend and proudest achievement, and I proudly display this flag for her.
Again, I thank you and more than appreciate your thoughtfulness.
