Hi, my name is Kathleen and I just came onto your site after reading an e-mail from another member of WTC Families for Proper Burial. I lost my brother, Lt. Thomas O'Hagan, FDNY, on 9/11. His Engine 6 was in lower Manhattan and one of the first to respond. Imagine - one of the first one's on the scene, but no remains have ever been found. We have no place to go to honor him. We are planting a tree in his memory this spring and hope to have a piece of steel from the WTC on a plaque alongside it. It would be an honor to fly a Remembrance Flag next to "Tom's Tree" and under our American Flag. Would it be possible to be put on the list of recipients for a donated flag? Please let me know.
