Thank you very much for the flags. We received them last week and this is the first time I am able to sit down and write a letter.

The symbolism of the flag is absolutely beautiful. Each day that I look at it I think of that day, the days that followed (which I never want to forget) my brother, the many victims, and how our nation has come together to help one another. I am deeply touched by the generosity I have received from fellow citizens since 9-11. Thank you very much for developing the flag and distributing it as you have.

I am looking forward to the day that I get a flag pole to fly it on my porch and it shall never come down. After justice has been achieved, and it will, I will look at the flag in a new light. I will look at the flag not only in remembrance of 9-11 but also as justice has been served.
